We all need inspiration. None of us get enough of it from the people in our lives. Every one of us goes through difficult times. In fact, we go through many of them in our life time. It's easy to get down and feel like there's no possible way we can over come the obstacles or challenges that are put before us, when failure is knocking at our door.

I know about the lessons of faith and I know how powerful it can be to have someone in your corner, someone to cheer you on even though the task ahead seems impossible—it's priceless. I know how valuable it is to have a daily reminder on your refrigerator reminding you to stay focused. I made myself and my friends and family inspirational magnets with positive affirmations on them to remind us to stay optimistic, to stay focused on the things that would bring us to our goals and also to remind us that we are just fine the way we are. That we don't need to change to make other people approve of us.

I am amazed, even now, at how effective a simple refrigerator magnet was, and still is, at helping me get through difficult times. The magnets that I made for my friends and family have helped them tremendously as well. They have given those that I love hope, encouragement, and the will to keep going in the face of extremely trying times. If my magnets can do that for me, my family and my friends I believe they can do that for you and those you care about as well.
